Her hands and ankles are grabbed and her head is held underwater before she is rescued. No explicitly sexual acts happen, although it is unnerving and could be triggering.

Mid-way through: a monster opens its mouth and orange liquid goes everywhere. At the time was not at all triggering to me because there wasnt any typically-associated sounds and it looked more like lava or something to me. But could be triggering if you interpret it differently, and in that case you might want a trusted friend to watch the movie for you and help you decide, because that "liquid" is ever-present for the rest of the movie and is unavoidable. But my phobia is pretty bad and easily triggered and I was unphased.

Almost the very end. Trying not to spoil: a monsters insides end up outside, which includes human(oid?) beings that it had previously swallowed and plenty of that same orange liquid from before. The beings, once back on the outside, make heaving and gagging/coughing sounds, but I don't believe they actually v*. However I did have to look away just in case because this scene was triggering for me in a moderate way. Fortunately, this scene has decent build-up so it's not out of nowhere, you can easily prepare for it. Sorry I don't have timestamps, I saw it in theaters!
