S2 E2: At the end of the episode right after they find a high heeled shoe in the woods Gamby goes to see a student at his job which is at a meat packing place and during their conversation there are dead animals and carcasses hanging all around them.

In S1E2, somebody spits in somebody else's tea. He does it again in S1E6 (I think. It may be the beginning of 7). It's when he tells the principal that he's going to make her morning drink. There may be more, but these stood out.
