no v*, but in the second soulcycle scene, after Renee's hair gets caught in the wheel, it cuts to another person g*gging. It's very brief, less than a second and easily avoidable, just mute. It took me by surprise because i couldn't see it coming, but i think if you know it's coming it might not be as bad.
There's also one mention of a v* stain when she's at the dry cleaner's. It'd not shown, but the guy describes it briefly.

Literally the entire movie is a fat joke. Every single 'joke' and 'funny' situation is the fat protagonist feeling confident about her body and doing outgoing and/or sexy things because of it. If the protagonist was played by a thin actress this wouldn't even be labeled as a supposed comedy, it would just be a slice of life story about a woman who is aware of her sexiness.
