Vomiting is only mentioned during the movie itself, there are still shots of very vivid vomiting during the fake bloopers that roll with the credits. Just shut the movie off as soon as it ends and you should be fine.

there’s a scene where elle falls while grabbing something for noah in a garage & she gets a scrape on her face. it’s not super bloody or gorey or anything. just a little scrape. the actual falling scene is pretty short — but skip it if you’d like. it’s apparent when it’s about to happen
