Pretty much every agent in Project Freelancer was gaslighted in some way, with some being more obvious than others. The Reds and Blues are gaslighted into thinking their war is real, when it’s just a simulation, and begin to question everything that ever happened to them when they find out the truth. Omega and Gamma gaslight pretty much everyone they come into contact with in the Blood Gulch Chronicles.

This is iffy. Tucker is impregnated (Yes, a cis male character somehow got pregnant) without consent by an Alien, although this was done asexually, being impregnated via a parasitic embryo. So although it’s not technically sexual assault, Tucker was still intentionally impregnated without consent by an Alien. Additionally, a villain in Season 14 is stated to be wanted by police for committing rape, but the details of said crime are never specified or shown.

In the MIA miniseries, Caboose says Sarge and Doc’s voices sound similar (referencing the fact they are both voiced by the same person) and Chuch responds with “What can you do, casting is expensive, shut up.” Also a couple self deprecating jokes of “Who’d want to watch us? All we do is stand around and talk.” There’s a joke in Season 11 about the characters being unable to drop their guns due to the limitations of the Halo games the series is recorded in. The end credits of the final season has a joke where a main character says to the audience “what are you still doing here? The series is over, go away.”

Caboose, a mentally disabled man, is the recepient of several jokes at his expense, and is outright called by the R word at a couple points.
Sheila calls Tucker by the R word when he can't figure out how to drive a tank.
Donut, a homosexual character, is mocked, however no slurs are directed at him.

Tucker makes a comment in Season 14 about how a girl he had sex with lied about being over 18, then took him to court claiming he committed statutory rape. The charges were dropped.

Tucker is a horndog.
Kakiana Griff is a massive s**t but we don't get to see anything since characters never take off their powered armor on camera-although her heard-but-not-seen physical examination is sure to color a few cheeks.

The very first conversation in the series is a character comedically misinterpreting the question “you ever wonder why we’re here?” as an existential question and going on a long existential tangent about how and why humans exist, when the person who asked was actually inquiring why their military based them in that location. This is one of the most iconic exchanges in the series and is referenced multiple times.

The final season does end on a pretty sad note with the death of two main characters (or four, depending on how you count certain characters, it’s kinda hard to explain in a short way), a character coming to terms with the death of someone they were close with, and another character departing the group forever. The final season as a whole is also a metaphor for letting things go, such as the show itself.
