In the fourth segment of the first episode, a poisonous snake gets beaten pretty severely by a small child and later electrocuted to death before it can bite a class of high schoolers. Its not super graphic and more cartoonish than anything but could still be mildly upsetting if you have a particular fondness for snakes.

There is a character who sees ghosts and constantly tries to use his powers to creep on girls. (He mostly tries to get ghosts to tell him the color of girls’ underwear). It’s more harassment than assault but be warned.

Seeing as they're all in high school and it's even outright called out in one episode by another girl upset, she isn't getting a "sexy camera pan", I'd say so. It's not too extreme though.

Like the other comment says, Kaido gets sick every time he’s on a plane/boat/etc.
There are regular p*king scenes, but none are l graphic in my opinion. I have emetophobia and was able to watch them all. All scenes are audio only and only last a couple seconds.
Here are some I remember: (I’ve only seen the first season and a half)
S1 E1: a character is taken to the nurses office and v*mits three times into a sink after turning the water on
S1 E12: Kaido v*s on the plane
S1 E17: while running a marathon, Kaido v*s into a bush. Only lasts 5 seconds (time stamp 20:10)

S2 E6: Kaido starts to feel seasick at 6:15 but DOESN’T V*
S2 E11: (time stamp 2:45-2:50) Kaido v*s out of a window

S3 E2: Kaido v*s while the group is on the train. It’s much grosser/longer than other scenes. There’s no visual but I would mute from 6:03-6:15

(this is in saiki k reawakened)—but auira, one of the side characters who's a psychic were talking to one of her patients and he said he, “wanted to kill himself,” because of struggles he mentions while talking to her. it’s meant to be a comedy line, but not sure.

Someone attempts to commit suicide by jumping off a building but is stopped by the MC and a supporting character. There is another instance in the manga where someone attempts suicide by jumping in front of a train but is again stopped by the MC.

there are several times when crossdressing is brought up especially during the PK festival episode, however it’s not negative at all. there’s a side character who is a mirror image of her son who is masculine, but no jokes are made about her being manly. only jokes about her and nendo (her son) looking exactly alike.

Not many explicit fat jokes told outright, but the way the show depicts girls gaining weight is extremely fatphobic.
I would skip the first half of Season 1 Episode 24, which shows a skinny character gaining weight suddenly and then trying to lose it. This and other shorter segments show fatness for humor and nothing else.

In s1 ep14 One of the more prevalent characters asks another one if they’re R-slur (by eng subtitles) for dressing up/pretending to be a character from a tv show they like. ( I would like to point out that he actually used the word baka, which is usually just translated to idiot/fool ? but I’m not sure if the context is what makes it comparable. Either way just warning that it does up come if you’re watching the sub! )
