Shy guy bazaar: if you break the moving jars a green snake gets out of them. Haven't explored the area in free roam, there might be more.
There's also an unlockable cart that is a magic carpet with two decorative golden snakes on each side (very goofy looking though).
There is a sea dragon in the water near the shipwreck. Head is goofy but the body is more realistic and snakelike (apart from the end of the tail).
