Alcohol is used by many main characters (unsure if it qualifies as a full-blown addiction, however) and some of the same characters smoke

Throughout season 2, Elektra works at the Hellfire Club, which is a BDSM club. There are scenes that mimic torture, but that are framed as entirely consensual

Not a seizure per se, but in season 2 a character is having a heart attack and convulses.

Besides the ones already listed, S2:E3 has a scene in the first third of the episode where Elektra returns to her client during her dominatrix job and when she unmasks him, the client is seen choking on his own vomit from a drug overdose. Just skip the part where she unmasks him to avoid watching. And in S2:E6 the patients at the hospital don't puke but you can see puke on their hospital gowns. It's when Praytell starts singing and walking into the room where the patients are

S1E3: Patty tells Stan she knows he's cheating. He says she's only thinking this because Patty's mother is "constantly undermining" her, despite Patty having decent reason to believe this.

The ballroom scenes (usually at the start or in the middle of episodes, esp in Series 1) often have flashing coloured lights.

Technically, the first person to die during the course of the series is a black man. However, the show itself does not treat his death lightly at all. Pose takes place during the AIDS crisis of the late 80s and looks at how disenfranchised people were left to die due to social/political apathy.

Not shown onscreen but in S2E3 a guy does drugs, puts on a gas mask, and is restrained (more spoilery) and he dies from chocking on his own vomit
