Morbius is in his lab; it shows a dead bat pinned to a board and he cuts something out of it. He then injects it into a live mouse, which it kills (and it shows it, very sad). A few moments later the mouse is alive again. I assume.

There’s more blood than in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness but it’s almost always rendered as completely black. Aside from excessive bleeding there is next to no gore, most of the time wounds aren’t visible and when they are they are similarly extremely dark and thus unrealistic.

A parent is killed, but it is not apparent or mentioned that they were a parent until after the fact (Morbius' interrogation).

Morbius throws up, you see him covering his mouth whilst knelt over, but you only hear the sound and it's around 31 mins into the film. it lasts for 3 seconds. cover ears after he attends to Bancroft who is unconscious on the floor.

There’s only one scene actually showing a needle, I covered my eyes for it but the rest of the movie has implied needles and syringes. As someone triggered by needles, I was fine except for that one part.

**spoiler warning** the scenes where people get their blood sucked by morbius and milo are very loud and sound wet, also the first transformation scene on the ship, morbius drags his claws across a metal pipe before attacking someone

Only if you count one character "going mad with power" and basically becoming a sociopath after his transformation into a vampire. I would count this as a "No" since this is not a mental illness but a well documented phenomenon that can happen to anyone suddenly free of accountability and in a position of power over others.

No, but the movie could be read as an insensitive metaphor for AIDS, which might be distressing if you’re sensitive to homophobia

**Spoiler** There are some questionable comments about how Morbius killing the "thugs" on the boat could be overlooked because they were probably criminals. Most of the guards killed on the boat were black.

Milo is ridiculed in general during the ableism bullying scene but it’s not for crying, although he is certainly upset by the end of this part.
