3 notable scenes, but only one that seems like actual throwing up (and it’s audio only) and the other 2 are just blood (but visual).
1. At around 37 minutes, the main character and her friend come back to the house and she tells him to wait a moment by the door, and there’s some background audio and you see the grandma and grandpa rushing to another room and then see the grandma’s back as she kneels on the floor and presumably pukes and you hear audio, but there is zero visuals. The audio is weird and imo not meant to be super realistic, it read more as moreso weird squishy horror noises to me than actual puke noises, but that is what’s supposed to be happening in the scene. After that she has her hand on her stomach for a while and talks about feeling sick, but it doesn’t happen again.
2. Later in the movie, when the whole family is having dinner and the main character is packing her suitcase in the background and she calls the family crazy, the grandpa suddenly sprays a mouthful of blood over the table and everybody. It’s really sudden but 100% just blood, nothing else.
3. Quite a bit later, after the main character told a stranger who was eating with her family to leave, she says “it’s all an illusion” and right after that the dad yells at her and a bunch of slimy blood/spit comes out of his mouth. Again, it’s very clearly meant to be blood and it just kinda falls out of his mouth as he’s speaking so I didn’t find it triggering at all.
