Flashbacks from a horrible racing accident, the driver flies off the car and lands in a really weird position, all twisted, several bones broken. He survives but the image is upsetting.

I don't know if this really works because it's a movie but there's a scene near the end where some characters are at a big party in Las Vegas with some of those acrobatic dancers that do their routines wrapped around ribbons in the air.
The main character experiences a few "blackouts" (mental and physical symptoms, due to both physical injuries and psychological trauma) in which he seems detached from his current situation.
A woman initially rejects the protagonist's advances, saying she "likes women." She accepts sex with him soon after. I assume she's bi, but (speaking as a bisexual), it was presented questionably.
Characters are flirting in a bar, cuts to them kissing (you can see it coming, very cliche) and then they wake up half naked in bed. Nothing explicit, no actual nudity.
There's some borrowed footage from a real life F1 crash that left a driver with a very visibly broken leg. It's only shown briefly while one driver is watching film of another but it's very clear on the screen for the couple seconds it's shown.
