In an indirect way, yes. The premise is that a man drunkenly swaps his sperm with a donor’s, and doesn’t tell the woman using it. She then gets pregnant and doesn’t find out until years later that he switched the sperm. It’s all in the trailer for the film. But there is basically no fallout for the man in the long run, which is disturbing.

No visual, and almost no audio. It only lasts a few seconds. It happens around 27 minutes in. He walks out of the elevator, turns around, walks to the trash can and sticks his head into it. That's it

No birth during the film, but the film takes place before and then years after she gives birth. The beginning is her trying to conceive with a sperm donor.
