Technically yes. There’s plenty of times that synths deliberately hurt themselves to show they feel pain or that they aren’t a threat.
Also Leo has a big open wound on his side where he has wires to charge the synth parts of his brain and organs. It clearly hurts a lot every time he has to re-open the wound to get to the wires, and charging is clearly painful for him. So technically self harm I guess?

One of the sentient synthetic family, Niska, is forced to work in a brothel and it’s very distressing for her. At one point Leo begs her to turn off her pain receptors and she refuses as it would make her “less human”. There’s one scene where a man is having sex with her and her face is the main focus, and she clearly doesn’t want to be doing it. In several episodes throughout all three series, she speaks openly about being sexually abused by the man who originally created them.
Anita (also sentient synth family) is also used for sex by her “owner” Joe, but as she’s been “reset to factory settings” he uses a code to access the “adult mode” they’ve installed in her system. So technically she doesn’t consent but doesn’t fight him off or show anything other than a “pleasantly smiling” facial expression throughout (because she can’t at this point).

at 41:00 character runs off to the bathroom, scene lasts until 41:30ish. She throws up into the toilet, it’s barely visible since it’s an overhead shot but there is audio. audio was not super realistic so was only midly triggering.
