No. This is worth noting because a certain infamous guidebook from around the time of the game's release claims that this game tackles abortion as a topic. It does not.
The closest thing that happens is when a pair of teenage lovers finds themselves expecting in the wake of the apocalypse, and they don't know what to do. Abortion is never mentioned, and in the ending, as the camera pans over their village, we see that the baby has been born.
