The entire population of Albuquerque (joined by the hive mind) maroons the city and the protagonist while she sleeps. They continue to respond to her needs via voicemail and delivery drones.
Humanity becomes some kind of hive mind, and they sort of gravitate toward her in episode one. It feels similar and creepy. The surveillance continues in episode two. Being stalked by almost all of humanity? Yikes!
Possibly with alcohol. The car they had in episode one had a breathalyzer connected to it to allow driving. The main character drinks a lot and her partner wouldn't let her drive / was super cautious about it. Lots of alcohol drinking by the main character (though it is kind of the end of the world, be aware of this if it's a trigger for you.)
The protagonist asks the hive mind for heroin, they provide it. Dialogue implies she's used it before, but it's a cover to test a barbituate for its potential as a truth serum. She immediately flushes the heroin. When the hive mind asks about the heroin later, she admits to flushing it.
Yes, though it isn't with sexual intent. The contagion prompts transfer via saliva, whether it be licking food, taking samples, and distributing somehow, or kissing people randomly (three times in episode one, I think, including a guy kissing a sapphic character.)
There are a few instances of forced kissing. The intention isn't romantic or sexual at all, it's to pass on a contagion. However, it still might be triggering to some.
No, but the protagonist attempts to convince a fellow immune that her child is no longer her child due to being joined in the hive mind. To shatter her perception, she asks the child questions about a gynecological procedure. His answer is not explicit per se, but uses enough accurate medical terminology and detail to upset his mother as the protagonist intended.
Two characters argue about the ethics of sleeping with members of the hive mind. The word 'rape' isn't used but it's clear the concept of consent is being debated, and the issue isn't resolved. Whether a collective consciousness can consent on behalf of the former individuals that comprise it is left open, although the protagonist is of the opinion that they can't and eventually intervenes to keep one of the members of the hive mind from sleeping with the character she's arguing with.
s1e4 Carol takes what's effectively a truth drug from a pharmacy, and then the following day, she puts that drug into Zosia's IV (in the elevator) without Zosia's knowledge. Zosia did not seem to tolerate the drug well.
We see the corpse of someone in episode two. The show opens in an arid environment with an upside-down car. The bottom half of the person implies they were burned alive, though they may not have felt anything - not sure exactly how the contagion worked with that.
End of episode 5 Carol discovers the shrink-wrapped body parts, and records a tour of the abandoned factory to share with other survivors during the first 4 minutes of episode 6.
I don't know why the upper comment got downvoted, it's there. It's not obvious (I missed it on the first watch), and it's not dwelled on; it's in the background... but it is there.
The crushing isn't show happening, just the aftermath. A police car is shown on its side and the legs of a police officer are shown sticking out from under the car.
14:10 - Lab analyst starts shaking like she’s having a seizure starting until 14:50 when she comes out of it.
16:05 security guard starts shaking until scene cuts away at 16:12.
Starting continuously at 27:40 after the man crashes his truck all the way until 32:33 - lots of people seizing.
At 33:56 can see feet only of someone shaking/seizing/twitching in the back of the truck bed but then the scene rolls pretty immediately into lots of people seizing inside the hospital until 35:41.
Almost the entire world collapses and/or has seizure-like experiences in the first episode, and then whenever the main character loses her temper or something.
Not sure - s1e4 Carol takes what's effectively a truth drug from a pharmacy, and then the following day, she puts that drug into Zosia's IV (in the elevator) without Zosia's knowledge. Carol checked dosages beforehand, but Zosia had a heart attack or something (cliffhanger.)
The main character's partner in episode one. Also, in episode 2, the grandpa of one of the remaining not-hive-mind humans died in a car crash (off-screen) during the show's plot.
A rat appears dead and a scientist is handling the rat with a thin glove. It's heavily implied that the rat is going to wake up and bite the scientist, and there is a musical cue that happens when the bite happens but it might make the viewer jump.
At the beginning of episode 2, we follow the actions of someone who is covered in dirt and such. When she reaches a facility, she throws away her clothes and walks down a hall to find a shower, and showers. We see her far away from a side profile whilst wearing underwear, then back view without anything on, then shoulders up whilst showering.
Kind of. All of the characters begin to act like they are being driven by a virus to exhibit behaviors to help the virus spread and replicate. So they aren't acting as themselves.
E1: 🟢 Safe E2: 🔴 Not safe - as said in entries. Carol is talking to the pirate woman who tells carol “hundreds” and carol bends over and v*. No visual but graphic audio. Safe to look when Carol is drinking from hose pipe. E3: 🟢 Safe E4: 🟢 Safe E5: 🟢 Safe E6: 🟢 Safe - another comment said she V* right at the beginning but I can confirm that there is no V*. Right after the recap, you see Carol run out of the warehouse and she is panting and gasping but in shock kinda way. There’s no V* sounds or anything. E7: 🟢 Safe - couple of times the guy spits out a lot of fuel when siphoning but no gagging or v*.
The most we see of the process is a shrink-wrapped head and body parts kept on shelves under tarps in a warehouse, and Carol discusses her findings. Beginning of episode 6. Then once she meets with another survivor, there's a presentation on TV explaining the following:
Remains of those who died naturally or by accident are processed as human-derived-protein/HDP and make up around 10% of the contents of the milk cartons that the hive mind folks consume for sustenance.
If you count a hive mind situation, then probably. Outed to the whole world, though the hive mind surely wouldn't care about that sort of thing, I could see it being triggering for some.
This trigger is for live shows where there is actual gunfire. This is a TV show. Voting yes implies the use of actual gunfire in every person’s home as they watch. No.
Not a small space, but the main character holes up in her house, blocks windows, etc. There are also scenes where everyone around her sort of surrounds her which felt like it.
A baby's car seat is seen on a counter during a during a mass seizure event. We never see the baby inside, but the carrier is moving slowly on the counter like a vibrating cell phone might, the implication being that the unseen baby is also afflicted. (The car seat almost falls off the edge but the protagonist prevents that from happening.)
So far there's non-sexual kissing (passing on a contagion in episode 1), non-sexual nudity (taking off dirty clothes to shower in episode 2), and then there's some language with other survivors/immune folks. Namely, one who has a 'harem' as the main character says.

The premise of the show is that an alien hivemind takes over (almost) all humanity on Earth, linking them to have one shared consciousness. When it first spreads to a new person, they freeze in place for ~5 to ~30 minutes. We see some evidence that a lot of people who were driving cars at the time died; other accidents during the “freeze” are implied to have killed many, many people. But the blood / gore actually onscreen is minimal and not the thing that makes this a scary scenario.
