In episode 5 Charlie vomits in the car, i would stop it when nurse Jackson walks into Charlies room and says "how are you today little man" - in episode 10 Emma is forced to eat so she makes herself sick i am unaware if you can hear it bc i had to mute it myself but you don't see it, you can te when its coming, I'd mute it just in case when she grabs a toothbrush from the batbroom cabinet. Episode 3 the scene right after jordi faints in the movie theatre he is seen leaning over a toilet but i promise there is no vomit in that scene. Episode 7 dash has graphic coughing attacks and at the end of the episode he coughs up blood (i usually just skip that episode)

The show features other characters saying insensitive things regarding her eating disorder and weight. It has a "how to fake your weigh-in" scene. It features footage in which CGI has been used to make the actress appear skinnier. The show takes place in a hospital and treats the hospital as if it's summer camp for sick-but-still-functional kids. Emma's medical/psychiatric treatment is insultingly unrealistic. (She is not in psych ward, gets to wander around the hospital, and eats unsupervised, among other things.)
