literally the opposite. they DE-spectacled the violence done to women... for example in one scene she is slapped by a man, you only see her right before and after, and the actual slap occurs offscreen (audio only.)

Vague statements made about the past could be interpreted to imply that father of one of the main characters was abusive - if not physically then absent, emotionally or otherwise.

Sort of. The main character is talking with his former babysitter, who keeps apologising for something he did in the past (heavily implied to be sexual assault- he claims it was "a power thing", and earlier on the main character talks about bees fertilising flowers and says it's "like sex, except no one gets hurt") and the main character keeps telling him it's fine, though it's unconfirmed whether or not he really forgives him, as he kills him in the next scene.

There is a constant back and forth between the main characters about what is reality and what is not. Emma Stone’s character lies a lot until the very end. Her truth is not explicitly clear to the viewer until the end.

One cat is shown looking at its humans, but is not overly upset (a dog would have been sadder to have his owner die). No other pets are shown, and they don’t “speak” to the dead humans. If the cat meowed I missed it.

There are three scenes. Spoilers ahead :
1. Teddy and Don are talking by a fire. Teddy mentions to Don that he must chemically castrate himself using oestrogen. Teddy convinces a reluctant Don and he then injects his b*m
2. While kidnapping Michelle, Teddy injects her arm, it happens in a bush and you see from a distance a needle in her arm as she collapses to the ground.
3. There is a very uncomfortable scene. In Teddys first flash back (which you know because it is in black and white) the camera holds on him for a short time (like 3-5 seconds) before cutting to his mother in a bath tub covered in very long needles. It is an uncomfortable scene for anyone to watch. He begins to pull them out and you see them on the floor a short while later.
I think you may also see an IV later in the hospital.
I hope that’s ok, there may be some that I have missed but I am pretty sure that is all. Really good movie, highly recommend.

I mean, kind of? Jesse’s character electrifies Emma’s character while conducting an experiment on her. While he isn’t giving her therapy, the entire process and the devices used resemble electro therapy a lot more than it would resemble other ways of torture via electricity. Basically, it’s more “Requiem for a Dream” and less “The Green Mile.”

After an extended conversation with Emma Stone's character - while the character is shown holding a shotgun - about how he wants to leave this world, the younger cousin character shoots himself. It's very very graphic.
Later, Jesse Plemons straps an explosive to himself, and it prematurely detonates. Also very graphic - his head pops off and flies across the room (played for comedy, but gross anyway). Viscera seen in the elevator where it happens when Emma Stone returns to it later.

moments of flickering overhead lights in basement as they turn on (first during shot of Emma Stone waking up as seen in trailer, later when the cousins come down the stairs).
second act: lightbulbs gradually buzz and flicker throughout the house during electrocution scene, with increasing intensity culminating in an explosion of sparks.
third act: intense flashing lights from parked emergency vehicles outside at night. later a short scene with coloured strobe lights (fade transition from a close-up of Emma Stone into shots of a nightclub that begins the closing montage).

Copying this comment from user DarylL under "Are there jump scares?":
All of the jump scares are pretty minor in my opinion. Most of them come from a musical sting from Jerskin Fendrix's score during a scene transition (especially to a new chapter - indicated by '(X) days to lunar eclipse'), a sound clip accompanying a cut to a black and white flashback (after Teddy watches Michelle from his room, and right after a character is electrocuted), or when Teddy suddenly reacts to something Michelle says/does that he doesn't like - multiple times during their second confrontation (about Michelle's 'confession'), and after Michelle remarks about Teddy's mother during dinner (this is seen in the trailer). The title card after we see Michelle walk into her office at the start of the film is also accompanied by a sound clip that may startle viewers.

SPOILER
To echo a commenter above in the “does a pregnant person die?” category, a pregnant woman (and the rest of the entire human race) is shown dead in a wedding dress that highlights her bump. Her baby will never be born because everyone is dead.

This question is specifically for the SPECIFIC death of an LGBTQ person, so the spoiler is not needed because the generic death isn’t what the trigger aims toward.

Somewhat - a fat character makes a point of asking for a piece of cake, but there’s no explicit joke about it

Not a specific person but it is implied that the two male main characters “chemically castrated” themselves so the main female character couldn’t seduce them, possibly implying that women are sexual beings who will eventually exploit men’s urges or whatever.

Teddy’s mom is in a coma in the hospital. She’s not expressly terminally ill, but it’s heavily implied that she will be in that coma for the rest of her life.

Teddy and Don have a shotgun that they use to threaten Michelle. It is only used once, in a very graphic a disturbing scene.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
Don shoots himself in the head with the shotgun. This is after a long one-on-one conversation between Michelle and Don. His last words are “Tell Teddy I’m sorry, and that I love him.”
