There are three scenes. Spoilers ahead :
1. Teddy and Don are talking by a fire. Teddy mentions to Don that he must chemically castrate himself using oestrogen. Teddy convinces a reluctant Don and he then injects his bum.
2. While kidnapping Michelle, Teddy injects her arm, it happens in a bush and you see from a distance a needle in her arm as she collapses to the ground.
3. There is a very uncomfortable scene. In Teddys first flash back (which you know because it is in black and white) the camera holds on him for a short time (like 3-5 seconds) before cutting to his mother in a bath tub covered in very long needles. It is an uncomfortable scene for anyone to watch. He begins to pull them out and you see them on the floor a short while later.
I think you may also see an IV later in the hospital.
I hope that’s ok, there may be some that I have missed but I am pretty sure that is all. Really good movie, highly recommend.
