A sex scene between two men lasts for a minute or two (it feels long). There is no nudity or genitalia.

There is a lot of nudity in this film, as many characters do not wear clothing. It is in a casual and non-sexual context. They are not sexualized in any way.

No women are brutalized or harmed for spectacle.
The only harmful act against a woman is an extremely brief (1-2 seconds) attempted rape. The woman escapes safely, and it is not at all glamorized or depicted as a spectacle.

Yes. Towards the end of the film, we see a soldier on top of a struggling woman. It is extremely brief (1-2 seconds, just long enough to recognize what is happening) and the soldier is immediately pulled away by a comrade. The woman jumps up and runs offscreen, continuing to cry out in fear/distress, but otherwise apparently unharmed. The interrupting solder exclaims “Are you crazy?!” to the rapist.
It is not clear whether it was an attempted or completed rape. Personally, it looked like it was only an attempt.

Eye trauma is very briefly mentioned in dialogue. A character mentions the death of her newborn son. She describes the baby as having blood flowing from his nose, ears, and eyes. It is not graphic; her words is very similar to what I have described here.

A man is executed via decapitation. We hear the sound, but do not see it.
A decapitated head and body are also onscreen for a couple minutes at the end of the film. The decapitation is postmortem, and is not shown.

Gore is not excessive, but there is blood and many bloodied bodies (seen at a distance) throughout the film. Goriest scenes are a leg with gangrenous infection (clearly visible, but not a close-up), and a decapitated head and body that are paraded around in semi-darkness (not much detail).

Several men are tied up and whipped. We see a man doing the whipping, and hear audio of the whip, the man being hit, and his cries of pain/etc. However, the man being whipped is out of view.

A teen girl is implied to be of interest to the male protagonist. As an adult, she is depicted as married and pregnant. But she is NOT sexualized (depicted or treated in a dehumanizing and/or sexual way) by the characters or filmmakers.

Several children die of disease. It happens offscreen; we see them sick, and then we see bundled-up bodies.

We see many characters weeping and in great distress over the confiscation and destruction of wooden figures, implied to be of great spiritual/religious significance.

No one self-harms. However, we briefly see a slitted wrist during a sort of blood-pact ceremony. The act of cutting is not shown onscreen, and the blood is shown only briefly (another character quickly wraps it up). This visual may be triggering to some people, so I wanted to point it out.
