Besides the aforementioned rat, you don't actually see it die, but it's dead body is seen.

The story, taking place during the height of the White Terror in Taiwan, follows the fear of teachers or fellow students randomly dissappearing due to harboring anti-government ideologies. The role that the police takes in game as enforcers of that censorship may resemble the feeling of stalking. The constant symbolism of always being watched may also illicit feelings similar to being stalked.

No teeth are explicitly shown to be damaged but there is a scene where you see loose teeth in a bowl and you have to look directly at them to solve a puzzle.

There is very graphic hanging in this game, it is shown in full detail not only once but twice. There is also a puzzle involving it so it is wise to stay far, far away from this game if you are disturbed by that sort of thing.

You do not see or hear the death, nor do you engage with the death at all, but there is a jumpscare consisting of a body jumping from a rooftop.
