Hmm... A thumb is cut off; we see part of the cutting close up, plus the severed thumb afterwards. Someone is impaled by falling onto a large blade-like object, and we see it, but not close up, and the lighting makes the blood look blueish/blackish.
More so sexually intimidated/unwanted touch. It stops at the guy rubbing her shoulders. Easily skippable: starts getting weird and uncomfortable at 49.15 - ends at 51.15
There is a scene where a woman is searching through the eyesight of a gun for the main characters. There is a woman throwing up into a river. After going to a dads friends house a woman is seen throwing up. After that which was maybe halfway through I just quit watching it. Sorry for only being halfway useful!
We see people tied up or otherwise kept from leaving. Two people are locked in a standard-size bathroom. One person is in the back of a van (sitting, not tied up) with two kidnappers. There may be more instances than those.
Very much so, and there's more than one instance. There's a long, wild car chase involving motorbikes, and several people are injured or killed by it, but it's (unrealistically) un-graphic.
