One of the only Black characters in the film plays arguably the most grotesque and monstrous characters in the entire franchise (his character is a regular human that brutally tortures, mutilates, and murders local children—many of them white).
The writer/director of the segment is a white man. I'm not claiming that it was made with racist intent. It just shocked me.
In the fourth segment (Kid Print), there is an explicit implication of either CSA or another form of child abuse causing the antagonist to perpetuate gruesome crimes against children.
He seemingly recreates an experience he had as a child on camera, and that same character later says (about another man, paraphrased) "I wonder if something in his childhood caused him to do this".
It's not explicitly stated in the film if the character SAs the children he tortures/murders, but if you're sensitive to potential CSA, skipping the fourth segment (titled Kid Print) would be a good idea. He is very fixated on hurting "innocent" (his words) children.
