A character's abuse at the hands of an organization causes her to become distrustful of others, leading her to attempt to force another character into isolation with her.

The robot-rover character that travels with the protagonists is sometimes seen making inappropriate glances at high school-aged characters.

kinda. in one of the episodes there’s scary girls with black runny eyes and glitching mouths but it’s not like, gory or anything. i think there might have also been something in the later episodes? and some background characters are turned into plants/have flowering grass grow all over them (i didn’t find this distressing at all but i don’t have a problem with this sort of thing)

yes. a lot. the main characters are both about 13 and there’s a lot of brief but gross sexualized gags, almost every episode (mostly, the mascot animal robot being creepy and trying to sexually assault them or similar)

Not specifically that I recall, though flashback scenes near the end can be highly reminiscent.

well. it’s yuri and it has a little bit of the predatory lesbian trope (one of the girls crosses the others boundaries a lot in a way that comes across as flirtatious)

While not strictly homeless, one of the main characters can come across as such. Specifically, she tends to live in a pipe off of school grounds, or with the organization she works for.
