Not SAed, but Stella is made to keep dancing with a guy she is uncomfortable with. He grabs her arm when she tries to leave and tells her to keep dancing. He also makes comments on how pretty she is, her eyes are nice, etc. It's pretty uncomfortable. She also met him online and later in the episode the girls are talking about it and say stuff along the lines of "people can be different in real life than they are online", "meeting up with someone from online alone can be super dangerous", "bring an adult". From all the comments it seems like it supposed to come off as an uncomfortable encounter and be a lesson in safety, and while nothing too bad happens I could see this being a trigger for some.
SPOILER: the guy is revealed to be one of the trix in disguise.

YES. Very obviously/shown on screen. Damien has an abusive father that belittles him, tells him he is worthless, and manipulates and gaslights him constantly. Damien is often sent to do bad things on his behalf, and is shown to be a bit conflicted between trying to please his father or trying to be nice to others. At one point his father switches his tactics and starts acting nice to him (because he wants something from Damien), including giving him physical affection/hugs. While this is not supposed to be a grooming thing and Damien is not abused in that way, it may be uncomfortable to some. Damien does not seem bothered by the hugs or change in their dynamic.
Pretty much all the main characters get into magical fights. Most of them are supposed to be teens, so this could also be seen as child abuse. The Trix regularly bully the Winx.

It's my understanding all the Winx are teens (at one point one of them is called a tween, so they maybe are supposed to be younger, but then they are in a high school like environment/definitely seems like teenagers so I think that was just a misuse of the word).
Going off of the idea they are teens, Stella at times seems like she is mildly sexualized. She has a scene where she says she "is more than a pretty face" and it's implied she thinks her father looks down on her because she's a pretty girl and not a son. This to me reads like people treat her like the only thing she is "good" for is to be pretty (essentially sexualizing her). She also has a scene where she meets with a new guy (a love interest) and the only things he tells her is how pretty she is, she's the prettiest girl he's met, her eyes are pretty, etc.

Stella mentions her parents arguing/fighting at times. So far (first season), this hasn't been shown on screen.

The most "sexual" content so far is dates, hand holding/hand on a shoulder, and dancing together. Nothing that would be inappropriate.

S1E9, The Stimulation Room: Yes, but not in reality. Tecna is very autism coded. For an exam they have to enter a virtual reality thing that shows their fears, and in this Tecna is verbally abused by her friends for being a robot and not having emotions, and for saying the wrong things/not being able to read a room. This doesn't actually happen and her friends are supportive of her in reality.

Tecna is very autism coded (takes things literally, doesn't like loud noises, has some difficulty with conversations/reading a room, can be blunt at times, has special interests, says things in the wrong volume for what is called for, talks monotone, etc.). I would say her character isn't done poorly or a misrepresentation, though it is a little stereotypical. She's sweet and her friends are very understanding of her, including trying to find ways to include her in stuff while also caring about her needs. Personally, I think she's a good representation.

Stella has a guy she becomes uncomfortable around make comments on how pretty eyes are, etc.
SPOILER: he is later revealed to be one of the trix in disguise.
Stella in a fake reality/essentially like a nightmare, has her father say he wished he had a son instead of a pretty daughter who won't know how to rule a kingdom. While not necessarily supposed to be sexual, a large emphasis is put on her looks and her "prettiness", more so than the other characters.

There is a battle and some people are trapped under rubble. As far as is shown/said, none of these people die. They are helped out quickly. I think it doesn't even show them in the rubble, there is just someone calling out they need help to get someone unstuck.

Hate speech as in typically bullying, yes. Hate speech as in specific speech against a certain group of people, not really aside from the villains saying stuff like "stupid faeries".

It's implied that some characters' parents died, but the exact circumstances of what happened to the children in their death is unknown. We see these children later as teens with adult guardians, but none are mentioned to have been adopted. This is supposed to be a mystery for a bit as of season 1 (was an important plot line in the old winx, so I assume it will be a plot line here as well). I would not say they were abandoned, but as we have very little information, I could also see others reading this as an abandonment thing.

Damien is abused by his father. He does some bad things to try to follow what his father wants or impress him. He seems conflicted about a lot of the things he does and some characters say he has a hidden soft side. As far as season 1, it's unclear what side (good/bad, light/dark) he will end up on.

Sky is in a relationship with Diaspro. He seems unhappy in the relationship/doesn't really seem to care much about her or the relationship. Him and Bloom talk a little and seem to have feelings for each other, but neither of them act on it (there is one scene where they hug each other, but this is right after a major battle and everyone is showing relief at finding their friends okay.) Bloom also mentions how she likes Sky, but would feel wrong telling him/acting on anything while he is with Diaspro. I wouldn't call this cheating, though others may define cheating differently. It is a little uncomfortable with the girls sometimes asking Bloom "what about you and Sky" or stuff like that when they talk about their love interests.

Bloom is watched/followed around by the Trix. There is also several time the villains use some sort of magic to spy on others, like listening in on conversations.

There is explosions in a battle/attack on one of the training areas that happens. While not nuclear, there is a lot of damage done, buildings are destroyed, and smoke plumes left after the fighting is done. Some characters are injured, though it does not explicitly show or say anyone died in the attack (one person is sent to a different dimension during this attack, which the characters react to similarly as if they had died).
