- there is a very brief like split second static shot in a montage sequence referencing the himeno scene from prior in the manga/anime but its small in the frame, there’s no sound and the v* is stylized as rainbow colored so I didn’t find it triggering at all.
- denji does cough/gag and pull out a flower previously swallowed, I didn’t find it too triggering, but for reference its during the scene where he meets reze in the phone booth.
- [SPOILERS] during the fight with the bomb devil a character remarks that she is “throwing up blood” but you don’t hear or see anything other than blood around the nose/mouth.
- multiple characters cough out blood, once again I didn’t find it triggering.

Like in Season 1, Denji’s character arc is him confusing his subconscious desire for a genuine romantic connection after an entire life of isolation with just merely performing sexual acts and gradually learning that he doesn’t just want sexual gratification but a genuine connection and relationship. There’s a scene of him imagining several girls in lingerie. There’s also a scene of him skinny dipping in a pool with Reze but the dark lighting and shot framing hides Reze’s nipples and both characters genitals.
Also the bomb devil is half naked for half of the movie after her clothes are incinerated off from self-destructing her body and regenerating afterwards.
