No, however there is a weird scene where one of the enemies sticks his tongue out near Link and wiggles it around. It's a very long tongue and Link looks visibly taken aback/ uncomfortable about it. Genuinely don't know if the scene is supposed to be taken as playfully teasing, a tactical choice to make him nervous before fighting, or if there's supposed to be some kinda iffy undertones to it. The enemy talks about beating up Link right before this.

In one optional side quest, various NPCs mention hearing creepy noises coming from the bathroom at night. If you stand outside the bathroom door at night Link can hear a voice asking for paper. If you bring a certain NPC's love letter to the bathroom door at night, the ghost unlocks the door and you can see that it is a pale translucent floating hand sticking out of the toilet. After you give it the paper, it haunts the NPC who wrote the love letter, stroking his face in his sleep and giving him nightmares every night. However, there is an alternate way to complete this side quest that does not involve ever seeing the ghost.
