The bad guy's dog does die and it's quite weird and graphic. Once Saddam gets white smoke in his eyes you will want to look away to avoid the imagery.

The president vomits at 25:40 (on Disney+) and he vomits again a couple of seconds later. We see him bent over but we don’t see the vomit and the audio is not realistic and exaggerated, it’s really not triggering
