[spoilers bc i cant explain this without using names]
any case that includes dahlia in one way or another has implied gaslighting. phoenix is gaslit by both dahlia and iris, and while dahlia is portrayed as a villian, iris is not. its also implied that dahlia was gaslighting another past boyfriend but considering he is a grown adult (in his 20s) and she was 14 and that age gap is never adressed as wrong, i hesitate to say she was the manipulative one there

There is a scene where a character runs into a fire to attempt to save another character who is on the other side (not in the fire). They are not explicitly shown/said to be burnt - they end up going to the hospital but that is because the fire was on a high bridge which fell apart as they ran on it.

Not explicitly stated to be autism, but a developmentally-disabled man in case 4 is manipulated into doing bad things and is falsely imprisoned. It's not specified if he has any kind of disorder but the way this character is handled could be upsetting for people that have been taken advantage of due to their neurodivergency.

In Case 4, the defendant was in a relationship with a 14 year old girl when he was 20. Said defendant is portrayed as developmentally stunted, and the 14 year old is portrayed as having faked her feelings in the relationship in order to use him as a tool to get back at her rich father. The defendant still clearly has feelings for the girl, calling her his "teen angel." Your character for the case is canonically disturbed by this.
