Red skull tells a soldier to kill a child who's doing his gardening with hedge trimmers because he's dissatiesfied. The soldier grabs his hedge trimmers and its' implied that he decapitates the child with the trimmers (off screen). Police are later shown with a bodybag with just the top of the kids' head bieng visible, with a little blood. The mother comes in and screams.
