Yes and no. You kill the enemies that are riding horses, peaguses, wyverns but that's it.

One chapter has you defeat the enemy units by setting their boat on fire. Another chapter takes place in a volcano were characters may take damage from the lava. In neither case are the people burning alive explicitly shown, though.

No required child death. But in classic mode, the younger units can and will die in battle.

The second generation characters all come from an alternate future where most of the first generation characters died in battle.

Kind of, around the part where your confronted that your Vaildar's son/daughter/kid, you kind of have a Panick attack but it can also look like someone is trying to possess the Avatar too.

Emmeryn attempts this, but in a paralogue, she's revealed to have survived.

If you select the eye icon while watching a battle animation, you are given a view of the battle from your unit's POV. This gets VERY shaky when you use it with a mounted unit, the worst cases being characters like Sumia, Cordelia, and Cherche, who are mounted on pegasi and wyverns that bob up and down.

If the player so chooses, they can pair together first cousins (Lucina and Owain) in the second generation. Note: in the English version, the romantic implications are removed and the characters are listed as being "Companions" instead of husband and wife.

Some female characters have revealing clothing, but there’s no reference to it in any dialogue

He doesn't die first, but a black character is said to have died. (Spoiler: He gets better.)

Tharja is implied to be bisexual, as she is obsessed with the player character regardless of gender. There are also a few other characters who are implied to be attracted to the same gender - e.g. Kjelle, who flirts with another woman after ingesting a truth serum in a DLC map. All of these characters *can* die due to the game's permadeath mechanic, but they're not really supposed to.

It's running gag with the character Libra, who even has a sound byte saying "I'm a man"

If The Avatar does, he disappears with the villain. If Chrom does, the main villain disappears for 1,000 years and the Avatar stays alive. All s supports (marries couples) are implied to be happily married to there spouses though.

If you count that in classic mode, people die? Then yeah.

Noire's Backstory is that she was used as a Guinea pig for her mother, Tharja's, experiments and that Tharja became cruel to Noire after her husband died. She still fears her mother's past self, and past! Tharja is only kinda better.
