Considering that most factions use bullets that are not only the size of Red Bull cans, but explode to boot, someone's bones get broken

The Dark Eldar have Torture Cages as resource-collecting structures. They also have Excruciator gauntlets (which amplify the slightest discomfort into blinding agony) as melee weapons. Their Haemonculus unit can plop down a psychological weapon emplacement called a "torture amp," which plays a pained scream as its selection acknowledgement.
In the sequel, Tyranid Fleshborer and Devourer weapons are noted to be agonizing to whoever is shot with them.

Necrons are haunted robots. While the ghost is never seen outside of their robotic shells, said shells are built explicitly to look like skeletons.

Chaos Marines can summon daemons onto the battlefield by sacrificing their Aspiring Champions, Sorceror, or Chaos Lord.
The Chaos Lord's capstone Wargear causes him to become a demon, body and soul.
There are also mutated Possessed Space Marines, but they're pre-possessed
Dark Eldar have an upgrade that allows their Mandrake scouts to be indwelled by daemons.

In the "Dark Crusade" expansion, a Techpreist blows up a Titan-class laser gun to keep it from falling into enemy hands.
Also in said expansion, upon defeating the Eldar, Farseer Masha allows the enemy to gun her down.
