There are brief moments of stereotypical fraternity party drinking.

Torture can be mental too. That's what most of this series is for poor Sidney.

A character clings to the hood of a car which crashes into a parked truck carrying metal pipes. One of the pipes goes into his skull and passes through his eye. The body is shown from side views and it is mentioned that the pipe went through his eye but a close shot of his face is not shown. Another charcter is shot, and a close up of his eyes is shown. You can see blood pooling in his eyes but the eye itself is not outwardly injured.

A head doesn't get squashed but one gets impaled on a pipe.

This one is college students, not teens, so technically adults.

somewhat debatable. no specific mental illness is mentioned, but some characters say things along the lines of "you'd have to be crazy/psycho to want to kill people"

Might actually be a panic attack, but Sidney suffers one during a play rehearsal scene.

Multiple times throughout the film, flashing lights are used to represent lightning in a stage play

"Homo-repressed" is said in a derogatory way, but there are no slurs.

A character from a previous film is called “rat looking h**o repressed momma's boy” but he was in fact gay and murdered a bunch of people so the insult seems warranted. No slurs are used in describing him or any other characters.

Actually, yeah. Gets stabbed in the face, in a bathroom, pretty graphic really. 2nd victim is a black woman, stabbed multiple times in a crowded theater while screaming for help, no one realizes it's serious until she's already dead. Another black woman is stabbed later in the movie.

Disregard the other comment (which is also a huge spoiler). Misgendering applies to trans folks. There are no trans folks in this movie.
