I wouldn't say so, but there is a scene in which a man comes on pretty strong to a woman, physically. She's been flirting with him pretty heavily and has gone off with him, but still, he gets VERY physical (although in a playful way), and, importantly, she says "Quit it, I don't like it" at one point. He stops doing the particular thing he's doing (which is playful and not really sexual, but still very physical), but he doesn't back off completely or ask her if she's serious. It turns out that she did want him the whole time, so he read her right, but he might have been wrong, in which case he went a bit too far, I'd say (she laughed the whole way through, but it might have been a nervous laugh, and to my eyes it actually seemed a bit like it). In any case, the scene might very well be hard for some people to watch, since some sexual assaults probably start that way. The scene takes place in the general's house, when the two people are in the kitchen together.

No. However, I want to mention two scenes that touch on race in a negative way. 1) In one scene, the platoon (?) have done something they shouldn't and are aware that they'll get in trouble for it. Talking to the white guys, a black guy who's standing next to another black guy says, "You white guys will probably get five years, but we're gonna get hung", and the other black guys says, "Yeah, man." They're both dead-serious. Remarkably, no one reacts. (To be fair, someone shows up a second after they said it and speaks loudly to the whole room, interrupting the situation, but still.) ... 2) During drill training for graduation, a white recruit is trying to make the rest of the platoon do their moves in step and says, "Black guys, help the white guys, okay?", obviously invoking the stereotype that black people have more rhythm than white people. A black recruit asks one of the others, "What did he say?", seemingly legitimately not having heard it clearly. A white guy (not the one he asked) repeats it to him - for some strange reason suddenly aggressive - while walking towards him threateningly, forcefully shoving someone aside, and attacks him. Someone physically intervenes at once, but the white guy keeps trying to attack the black guy until he's stopped by command.
