People vomit blood through out the movie, but there are two instances where there is actual vomit. Once in the opening scene when Winston is examining Paul's body after he'd been hit by the bus, look away and turn down the volume when you see the kids looking out of the bus, as a girl does throw up on the window, and at the very end of the movie in the strip club, when the girl goes to give the guy a lap dance, she pauses for a moment and kinda coughs or gags, and then she turns to straddle the guy. When she does that look away and turn down the volume. After it happens both her and the man still have it on them, so it might not hurt just to skip to 1:17:05 to watch the animatied portion of the movie at the very end, cause aside from some unimportant dialog, you won't miss much if you skip past it.
