I'd argue yes. Sean tries to sexually coerce Nancy, saying he'll keep her secret if he gives her a b*****b She bargains it down to just a kiss with no tongue, but when she turns up in the restroom, he's stripped to his underwear and tries to add tongue to the kiss. He also makes it clear that he's been stalking her since secondary school, and gives Jack the wrong directions so he can turn up at her house instead.
