Kind of? There's a scene where a girl attempts to pressure her boyfriend into sexual contact after he explicitly says no several times. I'm not sure what they were going for, but the joke seems to be on him in the end.

There is a brief scene where a couple is on a date and the girl seems to be trying to pressure/coerce her boyfriend into having sex or hooking up. He explicitly states that he’s not ready and pushes her away multiple times. Nothing ends up happening between them.

While it's technically not a real eye and there is no pain, Insectosaurus shoots a huge wad of snot onto a giant robot's eye. Later, Link's eyes are damaged when he swims in a pool with chlorine, but the damage isn't permanent.

Susan takes a huge empty syringe out of her skin and throws it and it stabs a human in the foot. It’s a needle for a literal giant so it’s massive and he screams.

A teenage couple are on a date and the giant robot lands nearby and when they go to check it out, the boy trips over a fence post and breaks his ankle. His foot is seen at a wonky angle in a few shots but it’s brief.

Insectosaurus (who's treated like a child and is initially in larval stage) is believed to have died midway through the film, but it's later revealed he was just hibernating before maturing.

There is a scene early in the movie where the main character freaks out in the facility, trying to get out. The room itself is huge, but her panic might be too real.

Not directly, but a teenage couple are on a date and the boy is portrayed as weak, whiny and annoying, potentially “girly”. He is a gymnast and is clearly much less interested in hooking up/being affectionate. His girlfriend is more “masculine” ish in that she takes the lead and ends up carrying him when he has a broken ankle. This scene always makes me feel a little iffy because of how they depict the relationship/characters.

The military/army, etc. all use guns and missiles in an attempt to take down the giant robot but are unsuccessful. The president shoots the robot several times as well and that gun is more central to the shot/focused on. There are also alien guns that are more like blasters and multiple aliens are shot with them.
