as of november 2021, a scene where a child's dog is killed hasn't been animated yet. iirc that scene was removed in the volume version in case anyone reading this plans on buying physical copies.
There's very, VERY disturbing scene of outing, and spoiling it to oneself may make it easier to watch. There's a sequence of scenes where agressive machismo man is madly horny for a woman, who gets outed to him as transgender - but the twist is that he doesn't give a shit, he saves her life despite she tried to murder him and later they form short-term relationship. It's also worth to mention that dude who outed her didn't do it because of transphobia, but because he really thought that she's a dangerous man in disguise.
it’s not predatorily, she doesn’t like children but she is interested in taking the eyeballs of a child but it doesn’t happen, she’s stopped before she’s able to
While not sexual assault, viewers should be warned that one character is stated to have a single-minded lust that he pays prostitutes to sate. During his introduction in S1E3, he grabs a prostitute's leg painfully while in the middle of sex as he believes her to be a traitor, which causes her to beg for him to stop.
In S1E5 of the anime, in the english subtitled version, a man jokes that his hunting dog should rape the bear they're hunting. No act or other threat takes place.
In OVA 4 of the anime, a man rapes many different animals, and violently kills them afterwards. While his actions are generally condemned by the characters, this story arc is treated in a joking manner.
In S4E8, a man's head is crushed by a bear, killing him. His head is shown being stepped on hard, then immediately afterwards you can hear the sounds of the final act offscreen.
Ep 1+2 of Season 4, characters are buried inside coffins while unconscious and held for ransom. They escape, you don't see them struggling inside or anything
This anime is safe from shit like this. Kids are being kids, they do stupid shit and talk stupid shit they don't fully understand, but they are always shown just as kids.
There's whole episode about pregnant woman being in trouble, and about childbirth Ainu traditions, both symbolical and strictly medical. Details of childbirth itself are described, but not shown. At the end of the episode, healthy baby girl is born.
a character who has multiple missing limbs struggles with several addictions. both of these things are often played for laughs (example: a character hiding their prosthetic arm from them)
Many of these, but I believe that none of them are made with bad intention. It's rather funny fanservice. Eg. in one of OVAs, there's elderly man in disguise of a woman, and the funny part is that despite being bald and bearded he didn't forget to use a lipstick. He's later shown sword fighting and kicking asses, still in a cute dress.
There is a character who is consistently sexualized - groped by others, has nearly naked pictures taken of him in revealing positions, constantly the butt of sexual jokes.
Bestiality is central to the plot of OVA 4 of the anime. Additionally, the perpetrator violently kills the animals after forcing sex on them. This character's actions are written with a lighthearted, joking manner in the story.
Aside from this episode, bestiality is not mentioned in any other currently released episode (up to season 4).
A character's backstory includes a mother who seems to have a condition in which she repeats actions. It is unclear whether it is related to memory or compulsive, but it is in response to trauma.
