A duckling is mutilated with a pair of pliers and placed back into the water to drown. PETA has confirmed only special effects were used for the scene, and has defended the scene as an accurate depiction of the animal cruelty performed by young serial killers.

Time stamp for the duckling scene is roughly 45:00-45:40 (in the version on Hulu). Contextually it is during the 3rd incident, during a childhood flashback. In the flashback, watch while the men are cutting grass in the meadows, but pause when they stop to sharpen their scythes. Skip forward around 40-45 seconds until the flashback is over and you’re in the clear.

Several dead birds are shown as hunting trophies. You also see a few animals get shot from a hunting scene before that. There’s paintings of many dead animals but none are super graphic or realistic, definitely paintings. And then there’s the incident where the duckling is abused, it stuggles but isn’t dead.

The main character Jack has an addiction to killing and his addiction and "reasoning" behind it (the feeling of withdrawals) are described in detail.

when jack kills one of his girlfriend's sons and rigor mortis sets in to the corpse, he fashions his face into a smile, which includes poking around the eyes and teeth, it then shows a mangled, half-toothless face

THE CUT ABSOLUTELY IS SHOWN (of the breasts). The commenter saying the cut isn’t shown at all is INCORRECT. Not fully, but it is shown deep and graphically for a quick shot which is shown twice. You also see her in another scene boobs off.

The Verge character is depicted showing in pictures the main character has taken. This may be interpreted as ghostly or paranormal.

100% safe, the only thing somewhat seems worth mentioning is at one point he says "i dont feel so good verge" but all that happened was he just has acid reflex while the screen is black the whole conversation, until the epilogue where him saying "i dont feel so good" is shown without the black screen but again nothing happens

a character praises fascist figures like hitler as an "icon" while scenes of imprisoned survivors and dead bodies piled at nazi concentration camps play. nothing specifically antisemitic is stated (no slurs), but it is clear the character has an admiration for genocide, especially at the size and scale of the holocaust.

yes if youd count jewish people being minoritys worth mentioning the director (lars von trier) has a history of praising hitler and confirming to being a n*zi which makes sense as in the movie theres a entire scene of dead bodies from a camp (real footage) and the bodies are shown in piles and being tossed around

There isn’t sexual content. There is literally kissing and thats it. Unless you people are staying that women’s breasts are inherently sexual, even though nothing sexual goes on in the scene where her breasts are out. I think this is an issue with peoples perception of the female body that they’ve all classified it as ‘sexual content’ just because a woman was topless. Get a grip please.

there is a pretty drawn out sequence where the antagonist shows off hunting rifles to two young boys, explains the act of hunting, and eventually forces the children and their mother to flee while he snipes them from a hunting blind. a police officer is shot to death in another scene. in another drawn out sequence, a character taunts a group of kidnapped people about shooting them all through the head with a single bullet. this doesn't end up taking place, but he goes through a lot to setup the rifle and find the right rounds for it.
