I just watched it last night and I have fairly severe emetaphobia. I would say the entire movie is safe. HOWEVER there is one flashback scene (during the car wreck after the accident) where she either gags/screams out in pain. Some people are saying she was sick, I closed my ears and eyes, but my husband said she just screamed out in pain and it just sounded like something else. It was a little triggering to me, enough to make me jump and close my eyes and ears. However, it’s a very quick moment and the entire rest of the movie is safe 😊 I clicked no, cause I really don’t think this small scene warrants a yes.
