Nope, and they even make sure to make everyone's sense of style appropriate for their age. However if you ask me there are some discrepancies with this when it comes to the superhero costumes. But that's very debatable and your mileage may vary.

A lot of the characters have tragic backstories, which can include child abuse. An example is Wanda, who gets introduced in season 2 episode 15. She got put into a horrible mental hospital by her father, who completely abandons her.

Not exactly, but some of the characters who have feelings for each other can become violent towards each other as they are on opposite teams. The prime example being Lance and Kitty. Most of the fighting is in a comic book-style context, and they never officially 'date,' but he does grab her hands forcefully and use his powers to throw things at her on some occasions (S1 E2, S2 E1, and S3 E3 being the worst offenders). Blob also abducts and restrains Jean, on whom he has a crush, in S1 E4, but again they are not a couple and it is played more as superhero action than a realistic scenario.

S3 E7 - two characters kiss on the lips while one is disguised as somebody else. When the other character discovers the truth, she pushes him off. Could be considered sexual assault by deception as the disguise was deliberately used by the perpetrator to fool the unwilling party.
S3 finale (Dark Horizons Part 1) - two characters kiss briefly on the lips, one being taken by surprise (the kiss is used to knock him out/steal his powers) and the other being under mind control by a third party with sinister motives. Could be considered a form of sexual assault as neither party consented.

The character Pyro uses fire as a weapon, but no one is burned. He does shoot flames directly onto a character in the Season 3 finale (ep. 11/12 depending on order), but they turn into a metal form to survive.
Also, the character Magma can turn her whole body into a fiery lava-like state without harm. In the Season 3 episode Cruise Control, she jumps into an active volcano but is unharmed.

I've recently rewatched the entire series and can't think of any instance where a child canonically dies or is even implied to. The closest examples I can think of are a couple of near self-sacrifices by teenagers (episodes Cruise Control and Target X), both of whom survived unharmed, and the episode Sins of the Son (S4 E4) in which a teenager or young adult has several alternate personalities 'absorbed' and potentially destroyed, one of them being a young boy. In the latter situation it is ambiguous as to whether the alternate personalities could be considered 'real' people, and whether the situation could be reversible in the future.

I'm still making my way through the series but people *almost* drown in season 1 episode 13 and season 2 episode 6. That last one especially is about getting in trouble at sea in a storm, so it involves a LOT of almost-drowning.
