Episode 4. Starts right after Jill gets out of the car ,it’s quick . audio and a tiny bit of visual. Very brief. Jill says that she’s felling dizzy and looks sick before it happens. Starts 29:30 ends 29:50. also when any of the monsters get wounded their insides look very disturbing to someone with emetophobia .
