There are three times when Fred (who is afraid of spiders) has to face a spider or something resembling a spider. In Fred's Bro-Tillion", he fights againt a giant, steam powered, spider-like machine. In "Mini Max", Fred and Mini Max rescue Hiro and Professor Granville from SFIT'S security bots, which resemble spiders. And in "Obake Yashiki", Fred flees from a giant spider.

This topic is uncertain. The main villain of Big Hero 6: The Series, Obake, has a robot daughter". In "Countdown to Catastrophe", after realizing his mistake (He didn't think that destroying and rebuilding San Fransokyo is wrong), he releases Baymax from his control, and stays in his underwater lab as it crumbles around him.
Hiro later searches for him, claiming that there was no way he could've survived. Baymax states that anything is possible.

The thing described in other comment is NOT body dysmorphia. It has nothing to do with transformation it's a mental health disorder where people hate their own bodies. I wish DtDD would put a definition to this.
