Part I: The Plague - After the car crashes into the gas station when two of the guys look inside, a guy walks away and v*s. No visual, mild audio. Also a lot of coughing but not very triggering.
Part II: The Dreams - When Stu, Harold and Frannie go to Stovington. Right after Stu says he was alredy at Stovington and Harold suggests they should still go, they show them leaving the building. Right away, Harold v*s. Short visual and audio. Visual caught me off guard and i muted it so I don't know how bad the audio is. Mute/look away for about 5-10 seconds when you see the Disease Control Center sign.
Part III: The Betrayal - When a group of people walk into a church, they see a lot of dead bodies. Harold runs out and v*s. No visual, just audio.
Part IV: The Stand - Safe! Just some coughing and one scene where a character spits.

Yes. In around parts 1-2, an inmate at the jail spits in Nick's face. In the last part, a woman spits in Larry's face.

They also use the r slur a few times referring to one of the characters. The character himself also uses the word referring to himself a couple of times.
