Audio + Visual + Text | After killing the boss "Scarlet", a small cutscene will play and then a loading screen. As soon as that loading screen is done, Alex will puke blood when waking up. Happens very quickly, lasts about 3 seconds, but the **** can be seen in the ground for as far of 5-6 seconds. There's also a game in a playground that when inspecting, you can read Alex's take on it, which mentions he thr** ** with that game
