Not in my opinion. If anything could be said to come close, it's this: During a conversation in the basement, a man intensely kisses his ex-wife - who's in a new relationship - completely without warning, and she draws back. He doesn't try again. They both seem a little flustered by the event, but that's all.
A man who's having something like an emotional meltdown pushes his wife, who's bent over, hard in the rear with his foot, so that she falls over pretty dramatically. It's clear from her reaction that this behaviour is extremely unusual for him; he's most likely never laid a finger on her before. The way we get to know the characters, it's equally likely that he'll never do anything like it again.
There are lots of conflicts and difficult emotions throughout the movie, and everything escalates towards the end, but stuff gets more or less resolved, and in the end we see them all happy together.
No. A man intensely kisses his ex-wife completely without warning, and she draws back. Another man witnesses it and goes on to give the ex-wife's new boyfriend (along with the whole family) the wrong impression, so that the latter is briefly worried/bothered that she may have just cheated on him. But nothing more comes of it, since a mulititude of other stuff happens all at once, and no damage is done to their relationship (that we see, anyway).
One of the characters appears to be suffering from some degree of alcoholism. ... Throughout the movie, characters have drinks explicitly to cope with their feelings.
No complications; the baby and the mother are both fine, and everyone is happy. We don't see the baby emerging from the woman's body, but we see it right after the birth.
