If you go to Colin's he will offer you drugs. There are also scenes throughout related to Stefan's mental health medication.

(Spoilers) If you kill your father and choose to chop up his body, they do show a brief scene of the sawing.

Somewhat. Stefan is seen sawing off his dad's limbs after he kills him. But as mentioned, at this point Stefan's father is dead.

One of the alternate paths includes an ending where it's revealed that Stefan's life has been controlled and everyone in it is fake. His mother's death was even faked for psychological torture.

At one point I had the choice to kill the dad or not and chose no. Later, when I chose PAX at the safe, he ended up killing him without giving the choice. The mother also dies which is revealed if you select talk about mom" with the therapist, and it appears this has to be chosen at some point to go further in the game.

The whole point of the story is that you're controlling the characthers every movement and his sanity is questioned many times whenever he's close to find this out

Stefan often has one before you get the option to go back and change your choice.

During one story branch, you must make the choice of whether Stefan or Colin should jump off a balcony. If you choose Stefan, the fall is briefly seen but not the results. If you choose Colin, we see him jump off the balcony, hear the impact of his landing, and see a far-away shot of his body. Even if you make changes that result in you not being on the balcony, Colin is missing until you completely restart, reminding Stefan that he is now dead in this timeline. There is another ending where Stefan can go with his mother on the train, knowing it's going to crash and he will die. His death is not seen, but we hear the train crash.

The main character takes medication for an unknown mental illness, presumably anxiety - you can make a choice to throw away or flush his medication, as it "stifles his creativity." There is an ending that implies he was driven to mental illness as an experiment. Another character is said to have "gone crazy" and murdered his family - this is brought up several times, with the emphasis being that he murdered his wife because he was driven to madness. There is an alternate ending where Stefan's therapist suggests that he is boring because of his mental illness and traumatic past.

There are a couple endings where nobody does (aside from his mother), but in these endings his game is rated terribly.

The father is shown to have been in on experiments/spying on the son. He also holds him up against the wall if you fight the therapist.

In my run-through when I entered PAC in the dad's safe, it showed that the dad was involved with his childhood trauma.

Depending on who you choose to jump, there is a death scene involving a character jumping off a balcony. If you choose Stefan, he jumps, but you don't see the impact. If you choose Colin, you see the character jump, a bit of the fall, and the body after the impact.

Stefan murderers his father brutally. One of the options you can choose is to chop up the body. If you do, his severed head appears in the next scene. Stefan also writes on a wall of his cell with his blood. Toward the beginning of the movie, viewers see photos of a murder scene in a book.
