The movie plays with the truth by sometimes making satirical scenes on "what if" or by having the characters be talking about something other than the expected I.e. War policies as menu items being ordered
No ghosts, but the film is meta and fourth wall-breaking and at the end it is revealed the narrator was Cheney's heart-donor. There is a scene showing him speaking from the morgue but it's played more like an oddball fourth wall break than a supernatural event.
In the beginning of the movie the narrator is talking about how Cheney flunked out of Yale because of his drinking and partying problem and they show a drunk Cheney lying in bed. First they show the floor which has vomit on it and then they show a close up of his face which also has vomit on it. Not super realistic and it’s pretty quick. No audio, just visual. Just close your eyes for 10-15 seconds when the narrator talks about Cheney flunking out of Yale.
