Someone meets up with a guy for a date and they park in an empty parking lot. They start making out, and the guy presses her down and proceeds to pull down her underwear (nothing is shown) before beginning to undo his own pants. The girl yells at him and pushes him off, and he does not continue sexual activity. After some awkward exchanging of words, they kiss again, the guy tried to slide his hand up her thigh, and the girl pushes his hand away. *No intercourse occurred* between the girl and the guy, and she was not raped, but the guy did actively behave in a sexual manner without her consent and made her uncomfortable.
