Nothing concrete, but lots of implicit emotional affairs. Michaela returns and her former boyfriend is now married, but ends up leaving his wife for her. Ben returns and his wife is now seeing someone, resulting in uncertainty about who is the baby's father when she gets pregnant.

Throughout: multiple characters, by multiple parties.

The other comment is a misattribution; the characters experience "callings," but they are in no way controlled or taken over by a thing or being. All characters act of their own volution. No possession occurs; "insights" occur.

The status of the 828 passengers versus other humans is unclear and references to them as "dead" or "back from the dead" are frequent

Another emetiphobiac here. The character known as the “wolf” dies by drowning on land. He basically projectile vomit a massive amount of water in full view of the camera. It triggered me and I had nightmares for days. Do not recommend trying to just sit this one through or plugging your ears. Extensive audio and visual triggers. The “wolf” gets out of a car and on to a runway with people surrounding him. He gives a few signatures to people in the crowds, the stops walking. It’s when he stops walking that the triggers start. He is dead after this scene, so no worries after. Be careful, as the scene shows up in every “previously on” in all the future episodes. Hope this helps.

Mental institution scenes are not depicted, but side characters are mentioned on several occasions to have been transported to psychiatric facilities, both against and of their own will.

No, there are maybe three scenes that I can think of over three seasons that happen in tight spaces. I am claustrophobic and handled them okay. They don't last long.

Occasional, minimal use of shakey cam when the extreme turbulence experienced by flight 828 is depicted (multiple episodes).

Not strobe lights, but there are many scenes with lightning, and sometimes items/people light up in a supernatural kind of way. These did not give me a migraine despite my sensitivity to light, but I did look away sometimes for a moment or two.

Hate speech and hate groups against 828ers, a heavy metaphor for real-life marginalized people. The hate speeches used against the 828ers is very similar to real-life hate speech.

An LGBT side character, who is mentioned but we never meet/see, is said to have recently passed. Another LGBT character is very upset by this revelation.

Two of the main characters are cops, and they are very pro-cop. There are many scenes that depict "suspects" without the presence of a lawyer which lends itself to copaganda. There is a "Blue Lives Matter" flag hanging in the police department.

No... but if another network/service doesn't continue this after season 3 then things aren't wrapped up, either. So not sad, but you're left with questions unanswered.
