In the Twilight Zone episode two children, who were hired illegally, died. They show this footage. I cannot emphasize that enough. It's pretty terrible.

This is a big one for this series. In the episode about Poltergeist, they speak about the death of the young actress who starred in the films. She died at 12 due to a disease that was undetected and the series spends a decent amount of time talking about her death and how it effected those around her.
In the final episode, two children are killed in a helicopter crash. The footage is shown of the kids dying and I personally found it to be pretty horrific. If this is triggering, I do not recommend watching this episode at all.

In the episode about the Exorcist it speaks about the film that depicts the possession of a young girl, and those scenes are shown. They then follow a real life exorcist who performs exorcisms on possessed individuals, so that entire episode depicts various people being possessed.

In the episode about the Exorcist, when the exorcist is performing an exorcism on the woman, she is shaking and coughing into a napkin. Vomiting noises are then heard and a pretty gross close up on her puke is shown but quickly cuts away after.

In basically all of the episodes clips from the movies are shown that have strobe like effects - most prominently in the Exorcist, Poltergeist, and Crow episodes.

In the episode about The Omen the death of Sharon Tate is mentioned very briefly - Sharon Tate was a famous actress who was murdered in the 70's who was pregnant. Aside from this mention, nothing like this is shown.

The final episodes get into the real life deaths on the sets of these films and are very sad, especially the final one.

It's a series chronicling horror films so there's a decent amount of blood and practical effects as they show clips from the movies.

In the episode about the Crow, it talks about the real life death of Brandon Lee that was caused due to a gun mishap on the set. This gun violence is spoken about a lot and they recreate how the shot would have misfired.
