S1E11 Mindy is riding in a horse drawn carriage with a date. The horse is not seen, but starts making distressed neighing. The driver says that the horse is getting up in age. The horse continues to make noises and police eventually show up and shoot the horse. Two gun shot sounds; horse is never shown.

In episode 22 season 1 it happens near the end, right after the scene between Mindy and her pastor boyfriend in church at Sunday School. There’s about 5 min. Left of the episode. Danny is on the ground being stretched by one of the midwives. I didn’t watch too closely but I believe there’s v**** on the ground and then Mindy v****. You see her do it very clearly. Then later when she’s talking to her Pastor boyfriend they mention the words p*** and b*** a few times.
